Health Information Technology Care, LLC (HITCare) is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! HITCare provides professional services to non-profit organizations throughout the country.  We are headquartered in Northern California with growing teams around the country.

Our talented team has deep expertise with business and clinical applications that enable our clients to serve their communities. The Operations Coordinator will work with the Director of Operations to run day-to-day activities of the company to ensure client and staff satisfaction. This position is fulltime Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and located in our Petaluma office. To be successful in this position the candidate needs to be a great communicator, enthusiastic team player, and extremely organized.

 

Essential Functions:

Office management
* Receiving and shipping equipment
* Assist with setup of client computer equipment
* Upkeep of general office environment (kitchen, plants, light cleaning)

Assist with enforcement of company standards
* Organization-wide policies
* Team and employee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Internal and client-facing processes

Assist with Human Resources activities
* Oversee new employee onboarding
* Administer Employee Training Program
* Recruit new employees as needed

Coordinate company events (eventually)
* Conference arrangements and preparations
* Summer Event & Holiday Party
* Staff activities

Customer Satisfaction surveys
Participate in other operational initiatives and projects as assigned


Supervisory responsibilities: None


Education:

* Bachelor’s Degree or higher; degree in Business, Operations, or Human Resources strongly preferred
* Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in business management or human resources role
- Direct experience with Database usage is important for success in this role
* Experience in Technology or a related field preferred
* Bonus points for experience working in an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment

* Ability to manage projects and work with internal resources to meet deadlines
* Excellent people, organization, and communication skills
* Ability to work as a self-starter while collaborating as part of a team
* Able to maintain calm under pressure and thrive dealing with the unexpected
* Organized and detail oriented
* Comfortable using a variety of databases
* Fluency in English (fluency in Spanish a plus!)
* Ability to type 50 words per minute or more

Physical Demands:
* Ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally (servers, equipment, etc.)
* Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods

* Must pass skills test for MS Office, internet, etc.
